  Michelle Pexa  is a performance consultant specializing in supporting workplace cultures through organizational   and management development. Over the past 22 years, she has applied numerous organizational effectiveness strategies including cultural assessments, strategic planning, workplace interventions, performance coaching and leadership development.  A main focus in her practice has been in the arena of developing and enhancing the performance of leaders and more specifically first time supervisors and managers.

 Michelle brings a keen sensitivity and dynamic approach to training which both captivates her audience and inspires real learning in her participants.  Her approach to skill and competency installation is both practical and “doable”.  She has designed modular training for leaders in the areas of managing conflict & difficult people, team building, motivating & managing employee performance, time management, decision making/problem solving, and stress management.

 Michelle is a Certified Mediator/Negotiator. She obtained her B.A. Honors in Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan and further certification in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.  Michelle also received specialized training in Organizational and Leadership Assessments & Development from Lominger International.  Her broad client base has included both public and private sector organizations from a wide variety of industries including: Cooperatives, Public Health, Mining, Banking, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Community Development.
